How do I book?
You can fill in the booking form, message us on WhatsApp or call us. Requests sent through the form are confirmed by phone during opening hours; a booking is final only after we confirm it.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 to 23:00. We agree on the latest start time together when you book, depending on the length of your programme.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment so you can change calmly and start your treatment relaxed.
How long do the packages take?
Treatment time is 70 minutes for the Classic and Couples packages and 90 minutes for the Sultan Ritual. Time spent in the sauna, steam room and lounge is extra.
Which currency are prices in?
Package prices are listed in euros. Please ask our team about payment methods and the current exchange rate when you book.
Do couples have their massage in the same room?
Yes. In the Couples Package your massage takes place in the couples room, with two therapists at the same time.
Can I request a therapist?
We welcome both women and men. Add your therapist preference in the note field and we will arrange it subject to availability.
Should I mention any health conditions?
If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, a heart condition, recent surgery or sensitive skin, please consult your doctor first and let us know when booking. Our treatments do not replace medical care.
What if I need to change or cancel?
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp and we will find a new time for you.
