Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform visitors who send a booking request through our website.

Data controller

Data we process

Full name, phone number, email address (optional), requested treatment, date, time, number of guests and anything you write in the note field; a hashed digest of your IP address for security.

Purposes

• Receiving your booking request, checking availability and contacting you
• Scheduling your appointment and providing the service
• Preventing abuse and spam

Legal basis

Your data is processed because it is directly necessary for entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data is shared only with our hosting and email providers to the extent needed to provide the service, and is never passed to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Request records are kept as long as necessary for the purpose and for no more than 2 years, then deleted.
